FEATURES:ย A tropical, evergreen tree, producing delicious fruit late in the mango season

SIZE:ย Up to 7m H, dome shaped

POSITION:ย Full sun

FOLIAGE:ย Large glossy, slightly elongated leaves emerging as light green or copper before attaining a deep green

FLOWER:ย Small pale yellow or cream clusters, known as panicles,ย from late winter to spring

FRUIT:ย Masses of large fruit later in the season which runs from February to March

CROPPING:ย Plant during warm weather, in a sunny sheltered position in organic rich, well drained soils.

MATURITY:ย As a grafted variety Brooks will generally reach maturity and begin fruiting earlier than seed planted trees

POLLINATION:ย Self pollinating

USES:ย Fruit can be eaten fresh, juiced or used in cooking

COMMENTS:ย Protect from frost for the first few years, water regularly until established and fertilise and mulch annually
