Our website lists the current availability for all items included on the site. Anything not currently in stock asks you to join waitlist or pre order that item. This includes plants, trees, giftware and garden care merchandise.

Absolutely! We have a garden centre at 96 James Street, Guildford WA open 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm. You can also buy garden care products, garden décor and home and lifestyle items.

Yes. Plants and other items that are currently unavailable can be placed on waitlist via our website. A request to go on the waitlist not a commitment to purchase the item. We will contact you when it is available and confirm you are still interested in the item.

Items that we don’t usually carry in stock and are a special order may require a deposit.

A good question …. and really it depends! Plants and trees are available at different times during the year. Some can be very seasonal and we have to wait for stock to be ready from the grower. Garden merchandise is usually available in 1-2 weeks from the date of ordering. The availability of garden décor items depends on the stock held by the supplier. It can vary significantly from a few weeks to a few months. We will definitely keep you in our waitlist system and let you know when items are received.

Yes, we will take your order or purchase by phone, email or Messenger. The payment can be made by credit card over the phone or direct deposit, or in person at our Guildford store.

It takes about 12 hours to process online orders and payments. It may take longer at the weekend. We will send you confirmation by email or text when your order is ready for collection.

Paid orders must be picked up within 10 days. After that time, they will be returned to stock and a store credit will be issued.

Yes. We deliver plants, garden products and home and lifestyle items to suburbs within 20kms of the Perth CBD for $40. If you live in an outer suburb of Perth beyond 20kms, please contact us to confirm delivery and the cost.

We can post some items under 5kgs (excluding any plants and trees) across Australia. Please see our delivery information for full details. We do NOT deliver plants and trees or bulky items such as soil or mulch outside the Perth area. Please see our Delivery Rates for full details of terms and costs.

We can pack your purchases for collection by your courier or transport company for delivery within Western Australia. Please get in touch by email to make these arrangements.

You can give us instructions for the best place to leave your order if no-one is at home. Our driver takes a photo of the delivery once it has been made and we can text this to you as confirmation.

We deliver on Wednesday and Friday between 9am and 5pm. We are unable to specify a set delivery time on these days.

We aim to provide the best quality plants available from our suppliers at the time of ordering. Anything damaged during our van delivery transit will be replaced. For items where you change your mind, we can provide a store credit valid for 3 years.

Should your tree not be doing well we ask you to contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to nurse the tree back to full health. Please see our Tree Guarantee and Replacement Policy for full details.

Some item colours and materials may vary from that described on the website. If the item is undamaged and in its original packaging, please return it and select something else or we will issue a store credit valid for 3 years. Tree and plant sizes may vary. Photographs on the website are indicative of items and may not be the exact item in stock.
