PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT DELIVER PLANTS, TREES & BULKY ITEMS OUTSIDE THE PERTH METRO AREA

Processing Time: Orders may take up to 12hrs to process on weekdays and longer on weekends.

Stock Availability: Stock quantities for trees (including fruit trees and citrus), plants and other items are the current in store availability. A product shown as “BACKORDER” can be ordered online and then delivered or picked-up in store. There may be delays in this stock being available. If you wish to check in store availability of a particular item please Contact Us.

Payments: Payment can be made automatically with a Visa or Mastercard via the secure Stripe online payments system. Or direct to our bank account through a direct bank transfer. Orders are processed after card payments and bank transfers are confirmed.

Store Pickup: When selecting “Guildford Store Pick-up” please wait for your confirmation email advising that your order is ready for collection. Plants purchased online or by phone must be picked up within 10 days. After 10 days, any plant not collected will be returned to stock, and you will be issued with a store credit.

Delivery:  Deliveries are by Australia Post Australia wide or with our van to the Perth Metro Area within 20km of the CBD .

Australia Wide Postage: Postal deliveries are are sent Monday to Friday. We post many small (under 5kg) items of giftware and merchandise to anywhere in Australia. Please call for a postage quote on items prior to ordering. 

Van Delivery: Our contactless van deliveries are made on Wednesdays and Fridays.  The delivery day will depend on the availability of plants/trees/other items and will be advised in your order confirmation email. Our staff will deliver your order to your address for you to take into your property.
