Strelitzia reginae – ‘Bird of Paradise’

Strelitzia reginae makes a striking indoor plant for a room with lots of natural light, as well as an excellent garden plant for sunny to partly shaded positions. In a garden position, the Bird of Paradise will flower with stunning large orange flowers that resemble a bird in flight.

Pot into premium potting mix and plant into a large pot with good drainage. Appreciates a brightly-lit, warm position indoors (can take full sun outdoors) and responds well to regular applications of a liquid fertiliser, such as Home Grown Tonic.
