An unusual fruit with a hand-like appearance, it has no juice but thick fragrant skin with a sweet lemon-blossom fragrance.

Position: Morning sun afternoon shade. Sensitive to frost, drought and extreme heat.

Size & Habit: 3m tall x 2m wide

Flower: White, strong sweet scent

Fruit: Hand-shaped, finger-like protrusions from bottom of fruit

Skin: Yellow, thick

Cropping: Fruit matures during warmer months

Harvest/Maturity: Will take up to two years to fruit

Pollination: Self-fertile

Uses: Zest or use whole. Can be added to salads, eaten raw, candied, cooked dishes, and even as an air freshener.
