Position: Needs acidic soil, in Perth does best in large pots using Green Life Soil Co Blueberry Potting Mix. Needs to be protected from afternoon sun in summer 

Size & Habit: 2m x 2m, tall shrub

Flower: White, bell shaped, late spring into summer

Fruit: Large, acidic, will not ripen once picked

Skin: Blue with purple tones, thin

Cropping: December to April

Harvest/Maturity: Can fruit in its first year

Pollination: Self-fertile

Uses: Eating fresh, baking, drying, smoothies, can be frozen without losing shape and flavour, can be cooked into syrups and jams
