Fritz produces large top quality kernels inside a paper shell. 

Cropping: Heavy bearer

Maturity: Early April to late March

Mission produces plump top quality kernels inside a hard shell. 

Cropping: Good cropper in Regions: Warm Semi-Arid, Warm Temperate, Mediterranean, Cool and Cool Temperate

Maturity:  Late March

Tree Habit: Can reach up to 10 m high
