Drosera spp. 

Species available may include D. hamiltonii (Australian native), D. binata, D. ultramafica x spatulata, D. capensis, D. admirabilis, D. venusta, and D. aliciae. Please contact us if requiring a specific variety.

Drosera are covered in sticky nectar, designed for luring, trapping and consuming unsuspecting insects!

For best results, place the plants in a sunny spot, preferably protected by the afternoon sun and amidst other plants that will offer some dappled sunlight. Sundews will do best as an outdoor plant under these conditions. Suitable for indoors in a bright, warm position. During the warmer seasons, (spring/summer) keep your Sundew in a shallow dish of water, allowing the water to evaporate before refilling. In winter lengthen intervals between watering (do not keep in a water dish for this period), allowing to dry out a little (but not fully) between waterings.

Must be watered with rainwater or distilled water to keep in optimum health.
