A vining climber native to parts of Africa and Madagascar, Stephanotis has clusters of fragrant white blooms, and thick, glossy leaves. Appreciates a warm position in part sun to full shade. In cooler climates, plant in a protected, sunny position. Large fruit pods are not edible, however the seed is easily propagated.

Train over trellises and arches. Does well in pots.
