A wonderful silvery foliaged plant growing to 1.2m tall and up to 3m wide. They have insignificant flowers which are followed by ornamental red berries.

A great low border, hedge and informal shrub for gardens and rockeries. Its grey foliage is semi-reflective if light is shined on it at night so it is great for defining driveways and paths.

It should be grown in a full sun position in well drained soils. It is very hardy, able to withstand frost and drought and happy when planted in coastal conditions.
