The plum x apricot hybrid ‘Flavor Supreme’ and the two plum varieties ‘Mariposa’ and ‘Santa Rosa’ grafted onto the same tree. These three varieties cross-pollinate each other. The fruit ripens from summer through to early autumn with each variety having a staggered maturity. 

Flavor Supreme

Fruit Size: Medium

Flesh: Pinky red to dark red, juicy and moderately firm

Skin: Mottled maroon over a green base

Mariposa

Fruit Size: Large

Flesh: Blood red, juicy and soft when ripe

Skin: Dark maroon with small khaki-green spots (lenticels)

Santa Rosa

Fruit Size: Medium

Flesh: Yellow with a tinge of pink under the skin

Skin: Bright red, becoming a dark purplish crimson at maturity
