A European plum used for fresh fruit, drying and very good jam variety. An upright growing tree.

Size: 2.5m H x 2.5m W

Fruit: Small, round semi clingstone with reddish purple skin and firm yellow flesh. Distinctive, slightly tart flavour.

Maturity: Mid season (mid February)

Pollination: Generally self-fertile

Uses: Eaten fresh, they can be an acquired taste. Make an excellent jam, great for cooking and preserving.
