‘Beurre Bosc’, ‘Packham’s Triumph’ and ‘Williams’ grafted onto the same tree. These three varieties cross-pollinate each other. ‘Beurre Bosc’ fruit ripens mid-season in March. ‘Packham’s Triumph’ ripens mid-season late February to early March. ‘Williams’ ripens early season January to February.

Fruit size: Medium to large
Flesh: Yellowish-white, coarse texture, juicy
Skin: Russetted brown with a yellow background
Packham’s Triumph
Fruit size: Large
Flesh: Firm, very juicy, with a smooth texture, rich flavour
Skin: Pale lemon-yellow when ripe
Williams
Fruit size: Medium to large
Flesh: White, firm, juicy and tender
Skin: Pale green ripening to a clear attractive yellow and sometimes with a red blush
