Produces a heavy crop of long red to black berries. Fruit is very sweet with a slightly acid taste. Used for fresh fruit, jam, cooking and wine making. Leaves can be used as feed for silk worms. Annual pruning is required as fruit is produced on new season’s growth.

Tree Habit: Slow growing, medium sized tree with a rounded crown
