Very strongly scented mint that contains more menthol than other varieties. High in Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Riboflavin. Spreading perennial that may need containing to a pot.

Position: Full sun to part shade. Like with other mints a moist soil is prefered.

Uses: Fantastic for relieving a blocked nose when made into a tea and the vapours inhaled. Can be drunk to help with indigestion, flatulence and nausea.
