A moderate growth rate, most useful as a medium to large shade tree for the larger garden space.

Habit:  13m H x 10m W

Growth Rate: Moderate

Foliage: Deeply lobed, rich green leaves turn intense red in early autumn.

Flowers: Red although small and insignificant. Flowers in spring.

Position: Prefers full sun for best growth and colour.

Tolerances:  Tolerates a wide range of soil and climatic conditions including relatively wet sites and moderate air pollution, as well as low level drought.
