A spectacular large tree grown for its autumn colour. Due to it’s large size it is only suited to large gardens, acreages and parks. Forms a lovely pyramidal shape. Plant in full to partial sun.

Foliage: Dark green maple shaped leaves change to an array of purple, red and orange leaves in autumn. Colours vary from tree to tree due to being grown from seed.

Flower: Insignificant

Bark: Aged bark becomes deeply textured, lending this tree its common names of “alligator wood”.
