Small fruit that has the best ‘true’ lime flavour. Less tolerant to cold than Tahitian.

Position: Full sun, protect from cold

Size & Habit: 3m tall x 3m wide, spreading branches

Flower: White, scented

Fruit: Small, round, very juicy and acidic

Skin: Aromatic, smooth, green

Cropping: Autumn to spring

Harvest/Maturity: Will take up to two years to fruit

Pollination: Self-fertile

Uses: Flavouring desserts, drinks, and savory dishes. Can also be used to create preserves like marmalade.
