A popular lime variety used in Indonesian cooking. 

Position: Full sun, well drained and fertile soils

Size & Habit: Grafted tree, can reach up to 7m in right conditions and if not pruned

Flower: White, fragrant

Fruit: Acidic sour tang, lime green

Skin: Green, wrinkled

Cropping: Autumn

Harvest/Maturity: 2-3 years until fruiting

Pollination: Self-fertile

Uses: Pairs well with seafood, flavouring sauces like sambal, adding flavour and tang to cooked dishes
