Leucadendron galpinii – ‘Purple Haze’

Price range: $34.99 through $39.99

A lovely shrub, it is quite small growing to only 1.5m tall and 1m wide. The leaves of the plant are green but in winter they develop silvery purple tints to the leaves. In winter and spring the tops of each branch will produce a silver cone flower.

It is hardy and low maintenance, able to be grown successfully in pots and also tolerant of coastal positions.

For best results plant in a full sun position in well drained soil, for best results the soil should be on the acidic side. They are drought tolerant once established
