A smaller growing variety of English lavender reaching 50cm tall and wide. Both the flowers and foliage can be used for their fragrance and in the kitchen to flavour teas and deserts.

Position: Full sun with well drained soil

Flower: Pale purple, late spring to summer

Foliage: Strongly aromatic, linear, grey green

Size: 50cm H x 50cm W

Uses: An excellent low mounding shrub that can be used as a hedge or just to provide colour and scent in a variety of garden types. Flowers can be used in breads, scones, cakes, jams, jellies, teas, and vinegars. Lavenders oils, teas and sachets produced from this plant have a relaxing calming effect. Dried flowers repel moths in linen cupboards.
