A tall, dense, evergreen shrub with thick, leathery leaves. Will grow to 4x4m. White flowers appear in spring and develop into strawberry-flavoured, berrylike fruit that matures in summer.
May be grown as a hedge or specimen tree. Plant in a sunny to partially shaded position with well drained soil.
