Position: Full sun, does not appreciate root competition, should not be underplanted

Size & Habit: 4m tall x 4m wide, small canopy tree

Flower: White, strong perfume, winter 

Fruit: Large, juicy fruit pale flesh. Fruit will get sweeter with age.

Skin: Thick yellow

Cropping: Crops in spring, fruit do not hold on the tree 

Harvest/Maturity: May take up to 5 years to fruit

Pollination: Self fertile

Uses: Eating, juice, adding to salad, drying, preserves, baking
