Ficus carica – Sweet Temptation

Price range: $39.99 through $199.99

One of the smallest growing fig trees with low susceptibility to the fruit splitting.  

SIZE: 3m H x 3m W 

FRUIT: Red to maroon skin with brilliant pink flesh. Prolific bearer with large fruit. Early harvest is tear drop shape then fruit fills out and is rounder. 

POLLINATION: Self-fertile

POSITION: Full sun

USES: Eaten fresh, in jams and preserves, cooked in desserts. 

COMMENTS: Good for growing in containers. Pruning will encourage branching and fruit production.
