Clematis viticella – ‘Little Nell’

FEATURES: Masses of small flowers, grows well through existing shrubs and trees

HEIGHT X WIDTH: 3.5m x 3.5m

FOLIAGE: Mid-green, pointed

FLOWER: White with mauve edges, summer to autumn

POSITION: Protected from afternoon summer sun

USES: Arbours, arches, covering fences, trellis, cottage gardens, rose companion

COMMENTS: Pruning group 3, needs a cool root system so be sure to mulch around the base during summer and shade the root system by planting around the base of the plant.
