We take orders all year round for Bare Root Trees. Stock is delivered each year in June and July. We will advise the cost and availability by email or text message when your trees have been received.

No deposit is required on a Bare Root Tree pre order.

From Northern Italy this violet artichoke produces fat, fleshy hearts that are considered decorative and good eating. Cut back hard after harvest for fresh new growth.

Harvest 2-3 buds per plant in the first year and 16-32 the next year.
