Fruit: Large dark brown nut enclosed in a prickly green burr.ย Can take longer to bear nuts than grafted trees. Nuts are harvested after falling from the tree.
Maturity: Early April.
Pollination:ย Recommended to plant at least two varieties for best results.
Position:ย Best grown in the Perth hills or in the South West of WA. Plant in a sunny position with well drained and well worked soil.
Uses:ย Cooking and roasting.
