A popular lime variety that is grown around the world in both commercial and home gardens. Harvest while still green for the best flavour. 

Position: Full sun, protect from cold 

Size & Habit: 3m tall x 3m wide, vigorous drooping branches

Flower: White, scented

Fruit: Rounded, juicy, acidic and seedless

Skin: Aromatic, smooth, green

Cropping: Mid-autumn to mid-winter

Harvest/Maturity: Will take up to two years to fruit

Pollination: Self-fertile

Uses: Flavouring dishes, drinks and desserts, juice and zest can be used. A common flavour added to meals in cuisines around the world from Asia to South America.
