Disphyma crassifolium ssp. clavellatum – ‘Round Baby Pigface’
$18.99
Round Baby Pigface (also called round noonflower, iceplant, and purple dewplant) is a saline-tolerant, succulent groundcover, native to Western Australia, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and New South Wales. Leaves and fruit are both edible, with leaves traditionally cooked while berry-sized fruits are eaten fresh and whole. Harvest leaves year-round (even when red) and collect fruits in summer.
This hardy native succulent tolerates frost, drought and salinity. It’s also well-adapted to a range of soil types including sand, loam and clay.
