Persicaria odorata – ‘Vietnamese Mint’

FEATURES: Fragrant edible foliage, habitat for water creatures

HEIGHT X WIDTH: 30cm x 30cm

FOLIAGE: Pointed, green with red markings

FLOWER: Pale pink

POSITION: Part shade, can tolerate full sun if planted in a pond. Plant on the edges of water bodies so the roots are in the water but do not submerge the leaves. 

USES: Pond plant, growing cover in moist areas, kitchen gardens

COMMENTS: Fertilise with liquid fertiliser regularly during the warmer months of the year to encourage growth
