Fennel Bronze is similar in appearance to dill with an attractive bronze cast to its lacy foliage. This ‘Bronze’ fennel does not form a bulb.

Position: Part to full sun. 

Uses:  Chopped leaves are excellent in soups, salads and stews. Makes a nice garnish. The leaves are great with fish and can be used to stuff the cavity of a whole fish or to wrap fillets.

Harvest: Cut leaves any time after plant is 30cm tall

Size: 1.8m H
