We take orders all year round for Bare Root Trees. Stock is delivered each year in June and July. We will advise the cost and availability by email or text message when your trees have been received.

Herbaceous perennial that has pungent lime scented foliage and attractive white flowers in summer. May die off during cold weather. Spreads prolifically by rhizomes – cut back in autumn to control. Used in cooking and drinks. 

Position: Full sun to partial shade. Does well in poor dry soil. 

Uses: Partners well with in cooking chives, basil, mint, parsley, ginger and works well with fish or pork. Add fresh leaves to salad. Delicious in ice cream and other desserts. Makes a refreshing tea.
