Position: Sunny spot with fertile, well drained soil. Keep soil moist.
Uses: In any recipe that usually calls for spinach or pak choi. An exotic combination of corn salad texture and very mild cress flavour. Chop fresh young leaves into salad. Cook older leaves like Swiss Chard.
