A nice Italian cultivar with a rich but sweet taste. A medium sized bush with deep pink to red fruit with a pointed end. The plant requires staking.

Position: Airy, sunny spot in well drained soil. 

Uses: An excellent salad variety enhanced by herbs like parsley, chives and celery leaf. Serve in salads and sandwiches. Lightly fry with red onion, garlic, rosemary and fresh basil to make a tasty antipasto.
