An easy to grow, herbaceous perennial with very sweet foliage and delicate white flowers. The leaves are very sweet and can be used as a sugar substitute. This small shrub is an attractive plant that will die back in late autumn.

Position: Will grow in most soil types and prefers full sun. Protect from heavy frosts.

Uses: Can be dried and kept indefinitely. Use to sweeten stewed fruit, tea or coffee, make into a syrup and use as a general sugar substitute.
