A classic leafy Japanese vegetable often called Japanese Mustard Spinach. It is  fast-growing with rounded leaves and can be grown all year round in temperate and subtropical areas.

Position: Plant in full sun to part shade.

Uses: The leaves have a mild mustard flavour, ideal for steaming. The stem retains water, perfect for stir fries and steamed dishes. Great for Japanese dishes.
