Senecio peregrinus – ‘String of Dolphins’

A whimsical, trailing groundcover with succulent, green leaves that resemble a leaping dolphin. They produce small, white flowers in spring.

It makes a great indoor plant, perfect for growing on windowsill or hanging baskets. It can also be grown in outdoors in pots or the garden. It is a perfect groundcover in succulent gardens and looks fantastic when left to spill over pots, walls and rockeries. 

It should be grown in a full sun to part shade position in well drained soil. If growing indoors ensure it gets enough light otherwise the leaves will grow flat and it will be a string of stingrays rather than dolphins.
