FEATURES: Clumping perennial bog plant that produces an edible round tuber

SIZE: 50cm H x 30cm W

FOLIAGE:  Arrowhead shaped green leaves

FLOWER: Delicate, white three petals

POSITION: Can be grown in moist, wet or boggy soil and shallow water in full sun to part shade

USES: Good for filtering pond water and sheltering fish and frogs

COMMENTS: Cook tuber before eating. Plant is winter dormant
