Hardy shrub that is grown for its attractive blue-green foliage. Contrasting yellow flower in summer and autumn. 

Position: Full sun to part shade.

Uses: Excellent in herb, cottage and mixed shrub borders. Nice informal hedge. In antiquity Rue was planted to ward off the evil eye and protect against witchcraft.
