A dwarf version of this popular Japanese plum. A good universal pollinator for plums that flower at the same time.  Prolific bearer.

Size: 2m H x 2m W

Fruit: Medium, round, bright red becoming deep purple. Yellow flesh with pink tinge. Clingstone. Sweet, tender and juicy

Maturity: Early to Mid season (January)

Possible Pollinators: Mariposa, Satsuma and partially self fertile

Position: Full sun

Uses: For fresh fruit, jam, cooking and stewing.

Comments: Young trees can take their time to come into bearing fruit.
