A red leaf version of the versatile herb used in salads and cooking. It is used in China, Japan and Korea to add a fresh aniseed flavour to dishes. The plant will grow to 60cm. It should be cold stratified before planting by mixing 50/50 with moist sand and refrigerating for one week.
