Penstemons are an excellent garden plant. They are easy to grow, attractive for most of the year and flowers generously. Native birds use them as a food source.

Position: Sunny position and normal garden soil with good drainage.

Flower: The tubular flowers are produced along upright stems from late spring to autumn and into winter in milder climates. 

Foliage: A bushy perennial plant with upright stems that bear the tubular flowers. 

Size:  80cm H x 80cm W

Uses: Plant with other perennisals and low growing shrubs, in large pots and in the garden.
