Used for fresh fruit, drying, preserving, cooking, and juice. Consistent cropper with excellent storage qualities. Fruit ripens mid-season late February to early March. Plant in full sun

Fruit size: Large

Fruit Shape: Oblong, pyriform

Flesh: Firm, very juicy, with a smooth texture, rich flavour

Skin: Pale lemon-yellow when ripe

Possible Pollinators: Josephine
