Ornamental pears are one of the best trees for Perth gardens tolerating heat and periods of dry. 

‘Snow Pear’ has very attractive silver foliage and a soft habit that make it a pretty feature tree. 

Habit: 10m H x 8m W

Growth Rate: Moderate

Foliage: Silvery green serrated leaves turning yellow in autumn

Flower: Small white flowers in spring are sometimes followed by small round hard fruits.

Bark: Greyish-brown furrowed with age

Position: Plant in full sun for best flowering and autumn colour. Tolerates some coastal conditions, akaline soils and some periods of water logged soil.
