 An easy to grow hardy perennial with a spreading habit, attractive heart-shaped foliage and soft white flowers. Zaatar is the Middle Eastern name for this form of oregano but also the common name for a range of Arabic herbs.

Position: Part to full sun. 

Uses: Enhances salad vegetables, soups, pasta dishes and fish. It has a warm aromatic flavour that partners well with all meats and most vegetables.
