An attractive bunching onion with slender stems – green at top and white at the base. Will form small bulbs if allowed. 

Position: Reasonable amount of sun required. Responds well to summer watering and don’t like being over crowded. Can be grown in pots.

Uses: In sauces and salad dressings, add to green salads or in Asian dishes especially those that require a more delicate flavour. Lightly fry sliced bulbs with fresh coriander as a side dish.
