Popular, hardy, evergreen shrub with leathery leaves. Profuse clusters of semi-double, salmon pink flowers from late spring to early summer. A useful plant for screening, informal hedges, seaside gardens and hot dry gardens. Good for hedges. Frost hardy.

Growth: to 3m

Position: Enjoys a wide range of soils and conditions but prefers open, sunny sites with well drained soil.

CAUTION: Harmful if eaten. Sap is a skin and eye irritant.
