An upright evergreen compact shrub grown for its rounded, leathery, aromatic foliage.  

Position: Tolerates a range of soils and conditions but thrives in moist well drained soil in a sunny position with protection from cold, drying winds. Tolerates short periods of frost.

Flower: Cream coloured flowers in spring

Foliage: Glossy dark green. 

Size: 1.5m tall x 1-2m wide

Uses: Ideal hedge plant and useful for shrub borders.
