Myosotis scorpioides – ‘Water Forget-Me-Not’

This is a great plant to put around the edge of a pond or growing in a pot floating in our floating rings for pond plants. This plant prefers to grow in boggy soil but can be grown submerged, like all water plants it helps to oxygenate and filter the water too. It can reach a height of 70cm and a spread of 30cm and will self seed around the pond edge. It has small blue blooms from Spring all the way through to Winter. To keep the plant bushy you can pinch the growing tips and at the end of flowering you can trim off spent flowers and tidy the appearence of the plant.
