An attractive easy to grow mushroom which is suitable for growing in warmer months.

Difficulty: Beginners – High yielding, fast grower and easy to fruit
Application: Edible, common commercial strain, widely grown.
Characteristics: Medium pink oyster mushroom, it does not develop much of a stem. 
Temperature Range: Warm strain, will fruit on 18-30°c temperature range (Best 18-26°c )
Cooking: Suitable for any dish you would consider using mushrooms in including stir fries, pastas, curries, pies and pizzas.
